Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only . Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@pcia.info to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and email us at support@pcia.info to obtain vendor's return address.


Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return . Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return . Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If item is damaged, vendor will pay for the return shipment fee.
If customer commits a mistake while ordering, customer will pay for the return shipment fee.
If parcel is mishandled by shipment company, PCIA eShop or it's vendor is not responsible.
If incorrect item is sent by vendor, vendor will bear the cost of return shipment fee and will arrange new shipment.
If customer changes mind for delivered item, return shipment will be paid by customer.
PCIA eShop will not entertain any claims if the customer has already got the product stitched.
PCIA eShop will not accept exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. PCIA eShop is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing.
Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange
PCIA eShop reserves the right to update the return policy without any prior notice.
If you wish to return an item please ensure the items are in a resalable condition and unworn with the tags attached. If tags removed, return will not be accepted, otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted. If you decide to return any item(s), you must return the item(s) to us within 7 days starting from date of delivery in order to receive a full refund.
